Q: When is my first payment due?

payment due date. This coupon indicates the due date of your first payment, the payment amount,
the address of where you should send the payment and a toll-free telephone number directly to the
Servicing Department of Michigan Mutual, Inc. and its affiliated family (dba):

Q: What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of operation are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Please contact our Servicing Department at (855) 664-4968 or via e-mail at servicing@mimutual.com.

Q: Can I make my payments online?

You will not be able to make payments online until your loan has been transferred to our service center
(sub-servicer) and/or boarded with the new investor. Once the finalization of the transfer is complete,
you can access the website provided on your goodbye letter to setup automatic payments or simply pay
online. NOTE: A letter will be mailed to you notifying you of the new loan number and payment address.

Q: Will my loan be sold to someone else after closing?

Most likely your loan will be sold. We sell servicing on nearly 90% of the loans we fund within 60 days
of closing. Rest assured, once your loan has been placed with another investor, we will notify you of the
contact information for the new investor, your new loan number and the date you should begin making
payments to them. When your loan is sold to a new investor, they will provide information to you about
setting up an online account or setting up automatic monthly withdrawals from your bank account.

Q: Can I make extra principal payments on my loan?

Yes, as long as you are up to date with your required monthly payments. Making extra principal
payments would allow you to pay off your loan sooner than maturity and reduce overall interest costs.

Q: When is my payment considered “late”? On the 2nd of the month?

Your payment is due on or before the first day of every month. Your loan has a 15-day grace period
and beginning the 16th day of the month, a late fee is charged to your account for failing to make the
monthly payment due. Delinquency reporting begins after the thirtieth (30th) day.

Q: I was on an automatic payment program with my old investor, will that continue?

No, you will be receiving new information from the new servicer outlining our automatic payment
program once your loan is placed at our Service Centers or transferred to a new investor.

Q: Why did I receive a tax bill when I have an escrow account for my taxes?

Most taxing municipalities will send homeowners a copy of the tax bill for their records. If you are
unsure as to whether or not it should be paid from your escrow account, please contact our Servicing
Department at (855) 664-4968 or via email at servicing@mimutual.com

Q: What if I have questions after my loan is sold, can Michigan Mutual, Inc. dba MiMutual Mortgage
still help me?

Yes, we will still be able to assist you with any questions you may have about your loan during the time it
was serviced by us and for a period following the transfer to another investor. You may reach our Servicing
Department at (855) 664-4968 or via email at servicing@mimutual.com. To ensure faster service, please
have your Michigan Mutual, Inc. loan number available when you contact us.
