I tell you what I couldn't have done this without Rod!! He made sure I was on board every step of the way. Questions were always answered, but often in a way that was so convoluted and filled with technical terms and numbers at such a fast pace that it was nearly impossible to keep up and actually understand what was happening. I was also occasionally made to feel small or stupid for asking these questions. Then, when going on vacation, a new or alternative point person was not provided to me to speak with about my mortgage despite being in a very critical point in a home purchase. The person who was eventually able to talk to me was not very helpful, was not responsive, and was not particularly nice. My overall experience was fine, but there were certainly times where I felt not entirely respected and not able to ask questions freely.
