John makes you feel like you are so very important to him. He does truly do what he can to make you as happy as possible. If there is a glitch, he can explain it in such a way that it makes total sense why it isn't going to work. But then he finds something else that will work for you instead. This refinance was the second time I have used his services and I have been very pleased both times.
