During the mortgage approval and home buying process, there are usually some seriously difficult problems that come up. During this deal, Iād say there were about three separate issues that I had no solution to, that would have prevented the deal from closing. Each time one of these issues came up Deanna found a solution that I couldnāt have. Without her I wouldnāt have been able to close on this deal.

I had been working with another mortgage company and broker for 6 months and the loan was unable to close due to the technicality of the loan and the level of unprofessional-ism of the previous company.
