Lots of moving parts with this refinance. Changing circumstances led to us changing our request mid-process. Brad was not bothered and was able to pivot quickly and get us exactly what we wanted and needed. Shopped around initially and had a competitor tell us straight up that they could not beat Brad's offer and that we should take it.
